Terms of Service — VisualASO

Who these terms are between

You and Must Have Apps SIA, Valguma iela 18 - 16, Rīga, LV-1048, Latvia (registration number 40203701346), “we”. By installing or using VisualASO you accept these terms.

The licence

Free. You may install and use VisualASO free, for personal and commercial work, within the free limits shown in the app.
Pro. A Pro licence is a one-time purchase. It lets one person use VisualASO Pro on up to 3 Macs at a time, with all future updates included.
You may not resell, share or publish licence keys, or remove the licence check.
The app, its design and its code stay ours. You own your data and what you publish.

Payment

Stripe sells Pro to you as merchant of record. Stripe's buyer terms govern the payment, including tax and payment questions. Prices are shown before you pay.

Your responsibilities

What you publish. VisualASO fills a new version in App Store Connect only when you press Create version, after listing every change. You choose what to submit to Apple, and you are responsible for it, including Apple's rules for names, subtitles, keywords and other apps' trademarks.
Your AI tool. VisualASO uses an AI tool you installed and signed in to yourself. That tool's terms and usage limits apply to you.
Your keys. Keep your App Store Connect and Apple Ads keys safe. VisualASO stores them in your Keychain and sends them only to Apple.

Store data

VisualASO reads public App Store and Google Play pages and uses Apple's official APIs with your keys. Apple and Google can change or limit these pages and APIs at any time, which can make some readings unavailable or less accurate. Ranks, demand and difficulty are measurements and models, not promises of results.

Not affiliated

VisualASO is not affiliated with Apple, Google, Anthropic or OpenAI. App Store and App Store Connect are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT, Codex and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI.

No warranty, limited liability

VisualASO is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and the app links to the current text. You may stop using VisualASO at any time. We may end a licence used against these terms.

Law
